activities, such as cardiovascular exercises (such as walking, cycling, or dancing) to improve cardiovascular health and endurance. Strength training
exercises using resistance bands, dumbbells, or bodyweight exercises may also be incorporated to build muscle strength and tone. Flexibility exercises, such as stretching and yoga poses, may also be included to improve joint mobility and flexibility.
