Is a fast-paced style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance. Although it requires mindfulness and focus on your breathing, power yoga is more dynamic than meditative forms of yoga, and provides a good cardio and strength-training workout. Vinyasa Yoga on Thursday -7:15pm - 8:15 pm Is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. There's a flow to a Vinyasa yoga session, though the specific poses and the pace of the flow vary from one instructor to the next.
