flexibility. A choreographed, easy to follow low impact (high impact
optioned) aerobic workout burns calories while resistance work builds core strength and tones muscles. Various types of equipment including weights, bands, and mats are provided.
- Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises
designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SILVERSNEAKERS ball are offered for resistance. Chairs are used for seated exercises and may be used for standing support.

Is a fast-paced style of yoga that's focused on building strength and
endurance. Although it requires mindfulness and focus on your breathing, power yoga is more dynamic than meditative forms of yoga, and provides a good cardio and strength-training workout. Vinyasa Yoga on Thursday -7:15pm - 8:15 pm
Is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. There's a flow to a Vinyasa yoga session, though the specific poses and the pace of the flow vary from one instructor to the next.
