This 1 hour class builds on the Introduction to Reformer class. It provides a full body workout focusing on Pilates principles of breathing, concentration, control and centering with a focus on pelvic and scapular stability, abdominal strengthening and postural alignment. Body positions
include lying on your back, front, side, seated, kneeling and standing.
